Current Openings:

• We are seeking a weekend caregiver to assist a kind gentleman in his home for three hours starting at 7:30 or 8:00 a.m. with personal care and safety to reduce fall risk.
• Additionally, we have additional hours for individuals who are seeking full-time or part-time positions in addition to the above position.

Job duties may include:

• Hands-on assistance of personal hygiene: Bathing, toileting, changing, oral hygiene, etc
• Helping with transfers and ambulation, with or without assistive devices
• Companionship
• Homemaking: Meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, and more
• Transportation
• Monitoring and documentation
• Other non-medical home care duties

Qualifications:

• Age 18 years or older (age 21 and older if providing transportation)
• Ability and willingness to help with all or most of the job duties (some training available)
• Professional, compassionate, mature, and trustworthy
• Open to feedback and learning new approaches to care
• Able to legally work in the United States with proper documents
• Reliable transportation and backup transportation
• Satisfactory results of a CORI and National Criminal Background Check
• Verifiable references

Helpful but not required:

• Massachusetts Certifications/Licenses related to caregiving such as CNA, HHA, PCA, CPR/First Aid
• Driver's license/adult permit and a reliable, insured vehicle are preferred but not required
• COVID Vaccination completed and up-to-date.
