You will be guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week!!

Overview

Members of this team will be guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours of pay each week whether you have an assignment or not . There will be no limit to the number of hours worked and all hours over 40 in a week will be paid at overtime rates.

These caregivers are assigned as needed by the scheduling team within the allocated work hours. Their schedules will likely include a combination of regular clients and fill in shifts.

• Rate $18.00 an hour, up to $21.00 on weekends

Position Requirements :

• Must have a vehicle & be willing to drive clients locally as requested
• Must be available to work Monday thru Friday from 7AM to 7PM and every other weekend from 8AM to 8PM
• Must be willing to accept all cases as assigned within the designated hours
• Have experience working with a range of clients that have differing needs (dementia, transfers, supervision, etc.)
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID
• Must receive an annual flu shot
• Must be able to assist with basic transfers
• MUST be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be reliable, compassionate, flexible and a team player
• 1 year of prior experience as a Caregiver, preferred but not required

Medical Requirements :

• MUST have current New Jersey HHA Certification
• Two (2) forms of ID : Driver's License, Social Security card, etc.
• Step 1 PPD, Chest X-ray or QuantiFERON
