This industry is very flexible giving employees the freedom to create their own schedules!
We have variety of shifts from short 4hour shifts to 12hour shifts weekends are preferred. We are in search of dedicated individuals who have the skill level to assist in our aging communities in the everyday function of keeping them independent in their own homes.
Here at Homewatch, We love seeing our caregiver's skills grow and improve, resulting in promoting into new roles over time. We are thrilled to say, we have caregivers that have been with us for over 10 years!
Expected skill level: Personal Care to Complex Personal Care
Experience in the following is a must:

• Transfers
• Ambulation Assistance
• Repositioning
• Dressing/Bathing a client
• Basic procedures for redirecting of difficult behaviors
