Homewatch CareGivers is seeking a Scheduler at our Lehigh Valley location. Homewatch CareGivers provides personalized in-home care to support our clients’ unique needs.
As a Scheduler , you will match caregivers with clients based on availability, skill level, and preference. When you join Homewatch CareGivers, you become part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference and supporting each other in a positive work environment.
Pay Range starting at $16 per hour.

Responsibilities :
Match clients with caregivers based on availability, skill level, and compatibility
Maintain knowledge of licensing requirements and regulations for home care services
Keep schedule current and up to date at any given time
Enter information into scheduling software
Read and understand client care plans to match appropriate caregivers for long term placement
Answer office phone
Assist office staff as needed
Support recruitment and hiring process as needed
Fill in for caregivers when there is no one else available
On-call responsibilities
Other duties as required
Qualifications :
Ability to communicate in a professional and timely manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
1 years Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar experience
Ability to pass all background screening
Must have a valid Drivers License
