The Position is as follows: Responsibilities: Directs personal assistance with daily living activities such as grooming, eating, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. Assists with meal planning and preparation and housekeeping. Assists with ambulation and mobility as needed. Secures and provides transportation. Help teach basic living skills like cleaning, cooking, budgeting. Help to and from appointments Help each person accomplish their goals . Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Clear background check including criminal history. Valid driver’s license. Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend instructions, manuals, and other company/documents. Exhibits above-average oral communication skills. The position required excellent customer service skills. Reasoning Skills - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral communications or instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving unconventional variables in unusual situations]. Ability to pass a drug screening. Respect for an individual’s abilities is the foundation of our work.
