Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the equipment and the premises on and off site to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks in areas such as Checking fluid levels, Checking mileage, replacing hoses, delivering containers, replacing lids, Painting equipment and general building systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with staff and customers
- Leadership abilities to oversee maintenance projects and coordinate with contractors if necessary
- Mechanical knowledge for maintaining and repairing equipment

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
