HomeTown Services is a residential services provider in the South Central U.S. that provides homeowners with the highest-quality heating, AC, plumbing, and electrical repair and replacement services.

Job Duties :

• Schedule and manager repairs for a team of 5 auto motive techs.
• Order and manage automotive parts inventory.
• Be the initial point of contact for all of our drivers.
• Coordinate, manage and dispatch mechanics to handle breakdowns.
• Manage WEX Fuel System.
• Daily administrative task including entering repair invoices.
• and filing them.
• Enter and audit insurance information for new additions to he fleet.
• Inhouse warranty claim submissions.
• As needed tasks delegated by the director of fleet.

Ideal candidate:

• Someone who is independent
• Mindset to decrease downtime, increase revenue and control cost.

Qualifications:

• ASE Certified
• 5 years as a service advisor in the automotive industry (preferred)
