- Compensation: $20.00-$40.00 per hour plus commission for total compensation up to $125,000 per year!

Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and functionality of plumbing systems
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures based on project specifications
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and address potential issues or malfunctions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems, such as leaks or clogs, and provide effective solutions
- Utilize power tools and equipment to complete plumbing installations and repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

- Experience with water heater code updates
- Experience with pro press - Experience with soldering copper pipe
- Experience with copper to pex connections - Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed - Ability to communicate with and train younger apprentices on the correct methods for installing water heaters - Ability to communicate with customers about findings as a result of additional onsight diagnoses
- Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints - Self-starter with strong work ethic - Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable with technology and using ipads to accomplish job documentation - Experience with service titan preferred, but not required - Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools
