We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Crew Member. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for various tasks related to landscaping, groundskeeping, and general outdoor maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns
- Use hand tools and power equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with lawn care duties including fertilizing, aerating, and seeding
- Provide tree care services such as pruning and removal
- Perform general groundskeeping tasks including planting, mulching, and weeding
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Experience:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles for equipment maintenance is a plus
- Familiarity with various plants, flowers, and garden care techniques is beneficial
Skills:
- Proficiency in mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Knowledge of hand tools and power equipment operation
- Understanding of lawn care practices including fertilizing and seeding
- Familiarity with tree care techniques such as pruning and removal
- Ability to perform general groundskeeping tasks including planting and mulching
