Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train store staff to maintain high standards of performance
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll

Experience:

- Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably as an Assistant Manager or similar role
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Experience in budgeting, pricing, and negotiating with vendors
- Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of hardware is advantageous
