**As a HomeTeam Pest Control Technician, you can expect to:**

* You will be responsible for servicing, retaining and growing an established route. This includes using a variety of pest control methods, providing excellent communication to the customer and representing HomeTeam Pest Defense as a knowledgeable professional.

* Maintain an organized a company vehicle. Safety is our #1 priority while commuting or in the field to promote and represent the HomeTeam Pest Defense brand as conscientious, courteous drivers.

* Maintaining knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing pesticide application. This includes knowing the biology and morphology of a variety of pests like ants, rodents, insects, and a variety of pests harmful to structures or unwelcome in our commercial communities.

* Grow the business by building new relationships with local and national brands. You will provide first class customer services to all your clients.

* Help protect the health and safety of our community by developing strategies to solve and prevent pest problems in processing and production industries.

* You will learn the HomeTeam Pest Defense philosophy of Pest Management from qualified trainers. We will also be proud to introduce you to our outstanding culture, how you will contribute to the team, our clients, and position yourself for career advancement.

* Work hours are typically 7:00am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Hours and workdays are subject to occasional change to meet business demands.

* Experience preferred BUT WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT APPLICANT.

**Requirements:** We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:

* Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity

* Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

* Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.

Education

**Required**

High School/GED or better.

Driver License
