Job Expectations:
Schedules, monitors, and performs preventative maintenance.
Diagnose and performs minor and routine maintenance/repairs.
Completes make readies in a detailed and timely fashion.
Ensures work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and address maintenance needs.
Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Provides excellent customer service and promotes a quality living experience.
Inspects buildings and grounds, including all amenities daily and alerts supervisor for required repairs.
Follows safety protocols and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Participates in company provided training.
Provides on-call services and performs emergency maintenance work when required.
Personality Expectations:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Takes an "ownership" approach for all work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficient in maintaining and repairing various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical- HVAC certification is preferred, but not required.
Ability to oversee and coordinate maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
Ability to pass a full background check.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
