Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Pawn Broker to join our team. As a Pawn Broker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their pawn transactions. This is a great opportunity for individuals with retail sales experience and a passion for technology and electronics. Duties: - Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service - Evaluate items brought in for pawn or sale - Determine the value of items based on market research and condition - Negotiate loan terms and interest rates with customers - Process pawn transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Assist customers with redeeming their pawned items or purchasing merchandise - Stock merchandise and ensure the showroom is clean and organized - Stay up-to-date with current market trends in electronics and technology sales Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred - Knowledge of wireless sales, technology sales, or electronics sales is a plus - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage - Strong mathematical skills for retail calculations - Bilingual skills (if applicable) are beneficial to communicate effectively with diverse customers If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply. Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
