Homestead Rehab & Health Care Center is Hiring an Assistant Food Service Director Near Newton, NJ
Homestead Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is looking for an Assistant Food Service Director. This position will require the skills of a full-time cook, and the ability to supervise other kitchen staff. This position is full time and every other weekend. This is a salaried position.
We are looking for the following skills:
- Able to run kitchen in absence of Food Service Director.
- Assist in training new staff.
- Check in orders.
- Knowledge in sanitation.
- Knowledge in safe preparation and holding of food.
- Experience with modified diets.
- Follow state & department of health guidelines in food and sanitation safety.
