Homestead Horticultural Supply is searching for a full time Wholesale Nursery Sales Associate who will assist our landscape wholesale customers with their tree, shrub, and plant purchases. The Nursery Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service. As a Nursery Sales Representative, you will work closely with customers, providing them with expert guidance on our products and services. Requirements

What You'll Do as a Nursery Sales Associate:

• Generate sales and revenue by showcasing our products and services to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing support.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that sales targets are achieved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. 

What You Will Bring: 

• Proven sales experience in a wholesale nursery or related industry.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and able to build relationships with area landscape customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and be willing to learn and be part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
• Knowledge of horticulture and plant care is a plus.
• Basic computer skills. 
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Position requires working outdoors in all types of weather as needed.
• Able to work a flexible Monday - Saturday schedule during peak season.
• Having Forklift or heavy equipment knowledge is a plus.
