Previous roofing insurance sales experience is a must. Requirements for Insurance Roofing Sales Consultant
•Minimum 2 years experience with Xactimate Software
•High School Diploma or Equivalent
•Knowledge in Roofing and storm restoration business, knowledge of applicable laws and building Codes.
•Knowledge and prior experience with insurance policies and claim processing is a must.
•Strong communication and customer service skills.
•Monitor multiple projects and prioritize tasks within projects.
•Roof estimation/sales: 2 years (Required)
•Strong Verbal and written communication skills
•Roofing Insurance sales experience
•Computer skills
•Reliable transportation to work
•Maintain a professional attire and attitude at all times
Key Responsibilities:
•Review insurance, estimate breakdowns and send supplements.
•Use Xactimate software to create detailed, accurate and timely estimates from measurements and photos.
•Communicate directly and negotiate with insurance adjusters to ensure utmost settlements for our clients.
•Communicate directly with clients, updating them on the claim process and addressing any issues or concerns.
•Date entry in CRM for insurance and client information.
•Keep detailed daily notes and achieve weekly/monthly quota of approved claims.
•Send necessary information to insurance companies and adjusters.
•Communicate directly with company Sales Representative
•Prepare final paperwork/invoices for collections.
Pay expectations: $75,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
