Title: Floater and Afternoon Teacher
Summary of Position
To relieve the teachers for their cleaning/planning period time and leave times, caring for the children in their absence, complete the afternoon and closing chores (List of closing chores is location on back of laundry room door for reference, please make yourself comfortable with these duties and feel free to always ask us any questions you may have.)
Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:
v Relieve teachers for break or leave times
v Observe/care for the children
v Lead afternoon circle time and art projects
v Clean play areas, both inside and outside, as needed
v Complete/help with Closing and Afternoon chores

Employee Requirements
v High School Diploma or GED, or currently attending Highschool (Must be 16 years or older)
v Attend all staff meetings and Homespun Programs/Events
v CPR certification. (On site training given if do you do have)
v Complete the online ELECT Course within 90 days of hire date
v Must be in complete compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by The Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) and Homespun Early Learning Center
v Complete up to 20 hrs of continuing education related to child care for each year of employment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
