Job Responsibilities
  • Utilize instructional design principles and technology to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that impact the organization as a whole.
  • Create and implement skill-based development programs to address specific competencies or technical skills required for job roles.
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships and partnerships with internal groups to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and/or changes in policies, procedures, regulations, or technologies.
  • Partner with Legal on compliance courses and ensure that training programs meet regulatory and compliance requirements as well as include current documentation and organizational policies.
  • Collect feedback, analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Support the Learning Management System and serves as an administrator
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years of Learning and Development experience
  • Certificates & Licenses: Training and/or Curriculum and Instructional Design certifications preferred.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring, design tools (e.g. Camtasia, Captivate, Vyond) and learning management systems, 
  • Exceptional time, resource management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong presentation/delivery skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong time management, analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Must have the flexibility and adaptability to work with multiple projects and deadlines in a fast, fluid, and dynamic environment.
  • Must have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Minimum Physical Requirements: Sedentary
    • Bending: Limited or minimal bending required.
    •  Lifting: Minimal lifting, if any, usually for light objects, up to 10 pounds.
    • Carrying: Minimal carrying, if any, usually for light objects.
    • Sitting: Mainly performed while sitting with occasional standing or walking.
    • Crawling: Crawling is not applicable to sedentary jobs.
    • Pushing/Pulling: Minimal pushing or pulling required, if any.
    • Standing: Occasional standing for short periods may be required.
    • Walking: Occasional walking for short distances may be required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Office Employee: Work is performed primarily in office 5 times a week during a work week. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to low in office settings.

Salary Range: $53,708.00 to $71,611.00

Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
