Join us in making a meaningful impact as an Assistant Clinical Director in our Specialized Therapeutic Group Home Program for adolescents who have experienced abuse or neglect.

Responsibilities:

• Providing therapeutic services within a residential therapeutic group care setting.
• Completing case management notes for non-clinical interventions.
• Promotes integration of a therapeutic environment with a common treatment orientation, and behavior management system with group care structure and routine.
• Providing crisis counseling and interventions, as needed.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and support to assigned staff.
• Coordinate admission efforts, track referrals, and discharges in databases as assigned.
• Provide group therapy and individual therapy focusing on treatment plan goals and objectives.
• Completes Bio-psychosocial, Master Treatment plan, CFARS, MHO’s, Risk Assessments, Substance Abuse; Safety Contracts and Treatment Plan Reviews for residential therapeutic group care clients as assigned.
• Maintains updated and accurate clinical files in compliance with Medicaid, State and Federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social services. Licensed required (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW).
• RCSWI and RMHCI encouraged to apply if expected to be licensed within a few months.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s licenses with clean driving record.
• National Provider Identification Number (NPI).
• State of Florida Medicaid provider number preferred.
