Homes for Independent Living (HIL) provides residential services for adults who have a wide variety of disabilities. We are looking for experienced caregivers to join our supervisor team. You will provide direct supervision for our caregivers and either long term behavioral clients or clients that require skilled medical care within one of our program settings.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid WI Driver’s License with 3 years of clean driving history
• 3 years Caregiving experience
• Supervisor experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Performance management of employees
• Implementation of company policies and procedures
• Maintaining communication with guardians/case workers/management
• Assistance with client's daily living activities, transportation, cooking, and cleaning
• Assistance with personal cares
• Empowering the use of client’s coping skills and healthy decisions
• Supporting functional social and community skills
• Encourage appropriate healthy behaviors
