Homes America is Hiring a Facilities Manager Near Shiloh, IL
The Facility Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager. The Facility & Inventory Manager will be responsible for coordinating the activity involved with procuring services such as landscaping, vendor contracts and approving and purchasing equipment, tools, for communities as needed. Additionally, the FIM will be responsible for conducting safety audits, walking inventory homes at each visit, meeting with rehab vendors training Maintenance Tech’s and conducting property visits. Adhering to all applicable Fair Housing Laws governing real estate and maintenance services.
