Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:

- Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Escort individuals to appointments and social outings
- Implement behavior management strategies as needed

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and qualifications:

- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and best practices in patient care
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to provide direct support in a compassionate and respectful manner
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
