HomePro Mobility is seeking a talented and reliable Stairlift Installer to join our expanding team in Dallas, TX. As a Stairlift Installer, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers regain their independence and mobility in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Install stairlifts and other in-home accessibility products in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Conduct pre-installation site assessments to ensure the proper fit and functionality of each product.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions or concerns clients may have about the installation process.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to coordinate installation schedules and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in stairlift installation or a related field. Previous experience with various brands of stairlifts is a plus.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills to assemble and install stairlifts accurately and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a General Liability (GL) and Workers' Compensation (WC) policy.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

• Competitive industry pay per job completed, commensurate with experience and expertise.
• Mileage reimbursements for travel to installation sites.
