Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce and Excel to track sales, including opportunities, awards, losses, forecasting, and hit rates
• Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team to ensure forecasting is up to date and accurate
• Manage weekly bid / no bid meetings
• Serve as the account manager for Salesforce, maintaining user accounts and entering new customer accounts
• Maintain current customer contacts and develop custom reports as required
• Modify user interface as needed
• Work with Business Development Managers to ensure data in the company ERP system (Vista) is kept current
• Extract and distribute weekly reports on awarded jobs
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
• Assist the sales department with other administrative duties as requested
• Contact customers when necessary to obtain missing information to support sales
• Direct incoming sales calls to the responsible individual within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong understanding of Excel
• Experience with Salesforce
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong team player mentality
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
