Job Summary

Are you ready to take your FP&A expertise to the next level? Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic professional with a knack for innovation, a passion for analysis, and a proven history of strategic collaboration with cross-functional leaders.

The Director of Finance will lead the FP&A management team, acting as the primary finance partner for our client’s international business operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior sales and functional leaders to drive growth, managing a team to conduct financial analysis and modeling, preparing financial plans and budgets, and communicating financial insights to management.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in reporting and forecasting for various financial metrics, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and have experience in managing international operations. Key responsibilities also involve owning financial performance reporting, forecasting processes, analyzing revenue impact, fostering partnerships with business teams, enhancing reporting processes, and managing a team of financial analysts across different locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or statistics; MBA and CPA credentials are advantageous but not required
  • 15 years of professional experience, including 6-8 years in financial management of international operations
  • Experience in forecasting and business partnering, particularly in SaaS environments
  • Proficiency in Excel, Adaptive Planning (or similar software), Salesforce, and NetSuite
  • Strong influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills, adept at thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver formal presentations summarizing financial results and forecasts to executive leadership
  • Highly proficient in financial analysis and establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
