Job Summary
Be an integral part of our manufacturing client's team as a Compressor Operation Lead Coordinator! You'll work closely with the Compressor Service Director to keep our division running smoothly. Your tasks will range from generating quotes to scheduling shipments, ordering parts, and handling administrative duties as required. It's a role that offers hands-on experience and a chance to contribute directly to our operations.
Responsibilities

• Estimate costs, set prices, and create proposals
• Maintain Quote Log and update parts pricing
• Use supplier portals for pricing and orders
• Open Work Orders, coordinate schedules, and handle shipments
• Create purchase orders and identify extra parts needed
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and track hours
• Assist with any required tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret drawings preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Team player mindset
• Capable of working efficiently under deadlines
