Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for producing digital copies for department in order to maximize efficiencies in stores.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, respond to customer questions/requests/complaints and explain store policies.
• Organizes and prepares documents for scanning
• Records information to include date and department
• Performs accurate and complete data entry; investigating questionable information
• Notifies specific department if there are any discrepancies
• Utilizes computer system and department processes to create digital filing system to include sorting by type.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management with assistance to IT department if necessary.

Education(required):

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) Required

Experience(required):

• 1 year experience in an office related position preferred.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Ability to give/receive complex verbal instructions/descriptions to/from supervisors/co-workers/employees concerning store/department policy/procedures and use of equipment.
• The ability to read and write English.
• Basic Data entry and computer skills
• Organization and attention to detail is a must.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Standing/ walking up 100% of work hours.
• Hand use: Grasping, manipulation, pushing and pulling. Work also may require bending, squatting and reaching.
• Exposure to temperatures: Freezing (<32 degrees Fahrenheit), and warm temperatures (>90 degrees Fahrenheit). Ability to work in cold and wet environments.

Work Environment Note:

Inside work with transitions of heat/cold/humidity/dust from backdoor/compressors/cooler/freezer/preparation area.
