We are currently looking for hard working, knowledgeable and efficient kitchen expos to add to our growing back of house restaurant team. This role is responsible for the following:
· Putting together finishing touches on all plates before they are handed off to the runner or service staff
· Knowledge of all specs, sides, garnishes and accompaniments of plated food
· Communicates with the line cooks, runners, service staff and management team in professional manner relaying important information about ticket times, food changes, allergies and guest needs
· Works to ensure all plates go out correct the first time, works to fix any issues
· Restocks, and keeps clean expo station, ensuring labeling and temperatures are up to DHEC standards
· Teamwork with co-workers, adding to a culture of fun, and attendance of staff meetings
