HomeFront Inspection Services LLC is Hiring a Home Inspector Near Fontana, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Home Inspector to join our team. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues. Your expertise in construction inspection and quality control will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of homes.

Must be able to commute to inspections within LA county, Orange County, San Bernardino County, And Riverside county.

Must Be Internachi Certified or willing to become Certified during training.

Duties:
- Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including interior and exterior components.
- Utilize your knowledge of construction management and blueprint reading to assess the quality of workmanship and adherence to building codes.
- Analyze schematics and data collected during inspections to identify any defects or areas of concern.
- Conduct thorough examinations of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Inspect structural elements, such as foundations, roofs, walls, and floors, for signs of damage or deterioration.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining your findings and recommendations for repairs or improvements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results and answer any questions or concerns they may have.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Home Inspector or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify potential issues or defects during inspections.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in reporting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain inspection results clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
