We are growing in the Lebanon TN area and looking to add a Physical Therapist to our team. As a home health Physical Therapist, you would be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting.

Qualifications:
- Physical Therapist
- Current state license
- Minimum of one (1) year physical therapy experience
- Home health experience a plus
