We are growing in the Trousdale / Smith county area and looking to add a Physical Therapist to our team.
As a home health PT, you would be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting.

Current state license
Minimum of one (1) year physical therapy experience
Home health experience a plus
