**Job Overview:**
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you assist.
**Duties:**
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Support individuals with mobility needs, including transferring and lifting
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of clients
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as assisted living or hospice care
- Knowledge of patient care practices and techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with medical systems and terminology
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Understanding of social work principles and practices
- Experience working in nursing homes or similar environments is a plus
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs
