**As a Support Service Coordinator for Home Care Providers, you will spend your day performing short visits for multiple clients in need of assistance with specific Activities of Daily Living. This service allows for our Support Service Coordinators to touch many lives in one day.**

**Preferred Qualifications (Nice to haves)**

* **CNA/HHA/LVN Experience (Inactive or expired certifications okay)**

* **Current LVN student**

* **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**

* **2 years of hands-on experience delivering personal care or comparable education**

* **Reliable transportation**

* **Proof of Drivers License and auto insurance**

* **Ability to drive 60 miles per day**

* **Smart Phone**

* **Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends (Exclusive evening and weekend positions available)**
