Client Care Coordinator

• Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a service plan
• Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following the consultative sales process
• Work with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a client’s care
• Conduct client & Care Pro introductions with new clients
• Identifying and developing referral relationships with potential referral partners through a client care approach

Requirements include:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills, including data entry.
• Sales experience
• Creative problem solver in fast-paced environment
• Must have good driving record as this position requires traveling to the clients’ homes.
• Attention to detail and follow up imperative.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Smartphone with ability to download apps to work remote when needed

Must submit to background checks and a pre-employment drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience level:

• Experience in Senior Care Industry: 5 years.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9-5pm
• Weekends/Evenings as needed.
• A bonus will be provided for these very rare occasions.
