The Director of QA is responsible for the training and professional development of the clinical staff and ongoing administration of the performance improvement (PI)/quality assurance (QA) program in the home health agency.

Requirements:

• Currently Licensed as a Registered Nurse for the state of Florida
• Minimum (2) years of experience in Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation required.
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory position preferred.
• Experience reviewing and training clinicians on plan of care accuracy and regulations required.
• Ability to supervise, guide, and develop skills and performance of service personnel.

• Able to lift 20-30 pounds.
• Able to use tools necessary for job.
• Able to communicate effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
