is seeking compassionate, attentive and trustworthy caregivers to join our mission in providing extraordinary HomeCare to our clients. Our business is locally owned and operated by owners, who have a passion for helping seniors age in place. We want our caregivers to know that they are a valuable part of our team, and we are here to support them throughout their caregiving journey! 
* Our valued employees receive flexible hours, a variety of shifts, competitive pay and are always treated with kindness and respect.
* Caregivers will follow a preplanned daily care schedule, one on one, in their clients home. 
* No experience needed. We offer paid training to all Care Advocates, which will cover all of the following responsibilities. 
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with our clients; engage in conversation and provide companionship
- Assist with non-medical hygiene personal care, (bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating)
- Follow a prescribed healthcare plan, which may include assisting with exercise and medication reminders
- Ensure the client’s home is organized according to their needs and that safety measures are in place 
- Assist with some light housework and meal preparation 
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
- Mobility assistance may be required (helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair)
- Transport or escort the client to medical and other appointments/errands
- Monitor and report changes in physical needs and mental behavior
- Position may include caring for clients with dementia 
Caregiver Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- A High School Diploma is preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license and liability auto insurance coverage
- A professional and friendly attitude
- A willingness to work flexible hours
- Enjoy spending time with seniors!
