JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for general Bakery maintenance such as dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and window washing. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Process/pack bakery products to order, per the displayed order schedule
• Erecting boxes and palletizing orders
• Assemble client baked goods orders
• Assemble boxes
• Assist in maintaining product integrity following company mission
• Develop a working knowledge of all production areas and order processing
• Comply and follow company food safety and workplace safety policies
• Identify various product forms by sight
• Be flexible and assist in other areas of production as needed/requested

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to perform all essential job duties
• Ability to work independently
• Good work ethic; “team player” mentality
