Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the image of our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage reservations and provide accurate information about our facilities and services
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Operate phone systems, answer calls, and direct them appropriately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering excellent guest services
- Proficiency in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests
- Familiarity with night audit processes is beneficial for this role
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing outstanding service
