We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed

```Experience```
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
