We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maximizing revenue. ```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Manage and train hotel staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures

```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, food and beverage operations, and revenue management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest complaints effectively
- Bilingual skills (preferred) to effectively communicate with international guests
- Experience in managing budgets, financial reports, and revenue forecasting
- Knowledge of human resources practices and ability to manage staff effectively
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
