Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems within our facility. This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting equipment, checking fluid levels, and lubricating machinery - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with production equipment - Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential problems - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document repairs - Assist with facility improvement projects, including welding, electrical work, and general repairs - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems - Provide leadership and guidance to junior maintenance staff Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Proficiency in electrical systems, including working with logic controllers - Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving abilities Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Health insurance coverage - Retirement plan options - Paid time off and holidays If you meet the requirements for this position and are interested in joining our team as a Maintenance Technician, please submit your application online.
