Full Time Personal Assistant/Household Manager needed for a family in Somerville, MA. Ideal candidate is a self starter, technology savvy, punctual, detail oriented, flexible, motivated and adaptable. Responsibilities include running errands, helping manage properties, using QuickBooks, making phone calls, email correspondence with clients, helping manage home projects, meeting vendors, and organizing. Must be pet friendly, there are dogs at the home, having prior experience working with dogs is a plus!
- Pay: $35-$40 per hour ($72,800-$83,200 per year)
- Start date: ASAP
- Hours: Flexible 40 per week. Monday - Friday 12pm-5pm with additional hours for remote work
- Guaranteed hours every week
- Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 3-5 sick/personal days, major holidays off and paid, gas and mileage reimbursement
- Looking for a long term commitment
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Relevant experience working in a private home
- Must be familiar with bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Show proof of your legal right to work in the United States
- Be able to pass a standard background check
- Provide 3-5 relevant, professional references
