Overview:
Home Staging Northwest, a leading home staging company is seeking talented and detail-oriented Part-Time Home Stagers to join our team. As a Home Stager, you will play a crucial role in transforming properties into attractive and marketable spaces, helping our clients achieve faster and more profitable sales.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and real estate agents to understand property goals and target market.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to assess property layout, condition, and potential improvements.
• Plan and execute home staging designs that enhance the property's appeal and maximize its market value.
• Select and arrange furniture, décor, and accessories to create inviting and stylish living spaces.
• Coordinate with vendors and rental companies to procure staging inventory as needed.
• Ensure staging setups adhere to company standards and meet client expectations.
• Photograph staged properties for marketing materials and online listings.
• Maintain inventory of staging supplies and track expenses within budget guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and incorporate current design trends into staging projects.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for property enhancements to improve marketability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in home staging, interior design, or related field preferred.
• Strong eye for design, color coordination, and space planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple staging projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property presentation techniques.
• Proficiency in using design software and tools for creating staging layouts (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Access to reliable transportation for travel to staging sites across Salem and surrounding areas.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on project schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in interior design is a plus.
