What you do:

As our Assistant Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our event management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for event planning and a desire to learn and grow within the industry. You will learn the ins and outs of event contracting, event hiring, event design, and event strategies while promoting America’s oldest plumbing brand.

About you:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A degree in marketing, hospitality, or communications is a plus.
• WEEKEND AVAILABILTY REQUIRED
