The Role

As our Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play an integral part of maintaining our guest service and generating sales. Your role will include merchandising, pricing, housekeeping and loss prevention, ensuring compliance with all company policies and store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceptional customer service
• Ongoing promotion awareness and product knowledge
• Effective and accurate cash handling
• Uphold all food service guidelines when serving food
• Assist in floor moves, including merchandising, display maintenance, store housekeeping, and restocking
• Safety practices: attention to spills, proper lifting techniques, and immediately reporting incidents to management

Qualifications

Working environment and physical demands

This active role operates in a retail environment with merchandise displays and items available for purchase. The position requires regular talking and hearing and physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, couching, crawling, and climbing. The successful candidate will lift and/or move items over 50 pounds and must have specific vision abilities.

Hours of Work

Depending on availability and scheduling, this position offers both day, evening and overnight shifts.
