Position Overview: Be the to build relationships and drive referrals for our home inspection services from Real Estate professionals in the north Atlanta area.

Essential Job Functions:

• Execute daily sales calls to generate opportunities to present at meetings, teach classes, and facilitate sponsorships of events.
• Establish market presence by attending networking and other real estate related events.
• Prospect and develop new business from the leads generated at those events.
• Cultivate relationships by following marketing process for prospective and established referral partners.
• Maintain database and activity records and report on both weekly.

Requirements:

2 years field sales experience

Works well with minimal direction

Reliable Transportation

Clean background check

Ability to: Lift, push, pull, carry and load, unload or stack containers, materials up to 35 lbs.

Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office

If you're average, you'll make $50,000 the first year. We're looking for an overachiever, so don't apply if you're average. If you are a top producer, let's build an empire together and you'll make at least $75,000 your first year with realistic potential of $100,000.
