Discover the difference! We are looking for experienced Caregivers, CNAs or Senior Companions to join our non-medical home care team. We have a variety of shift options including overnight shifts, part and full time. Ideal candidates should have at least one year experience, reliable transportation and pass a criminal background check. Applicants interested in assisting with hospice patients will be provided TB testing and drug screening. We are looking for the best of the best! Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Plan and engage in recreational activities to promote socialization and skill development
- Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
- Monitor and document individual's progress and report any concerns or changes to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:
- 1 Year Experience
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with mobility as needed
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and first aid techniques
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transportation needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
