Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders

- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities

- Perform vital sign checks and monitor health status

- Implement behavior management strategies as needed

- Support individuals with mobility assistance, including heavy lifting when required

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

- Document client progress and any changes in their condition

Requirements:

- Prior experience in caregiving, direct support, or related fields is preferred

- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and diverse needs

- Proficiency in medication administration and knowledge of medical systems

- Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients and their families

- Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to care

- Ability to adapt to various caregiving situations and provide personalized support

- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
