1. Responsible for researching and cultivating a donor database including but not limited to individuals, corporations, businesses and faith organizations that are interested in gift giving.
2. Assist with executive of Capital and Annual campaigns, as needed.
3. Identify, plan and execute events and/or fundraisers to raise awareness of the mission of HOME and funds to support programs and other agency operational expenses.
4. Execute existing fundraising events/raffles and strategize improvements to increase event success alongside the fundraising committee.
5. Write and present fundraising proposals to staff and Board of Trustees.
6. Assist in establishing fundraising budget and track whether goals are being met.
7. Develop marketing, social media, press releases and other communication avenues to promote events and mission.
8. Attend in-person meetings as required by Executive Director.
