We are seeking a skilled Interim Unit Manager for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have an LPN or RN license, experience as a Unit Manager in an SNF setting, and the availability to start an assignment ASAP.

Duties:

- Oversee the daily operations of the unit and ensure quality patient care

- Manage and supervise nursing staff - Develop and implement patient care plans - Monitor patient progress and medical records

- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Experience:

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting as a Unit Manager or similar role

- Familiarity with medical equipment and procedures

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
